Imagine carrying a heavy weight every day that makes even simple things feel really hard. That’s how tough life can be when you’re dealing with sadness, worry, or troubles in your relationships. From a young age, I was always curious about understanding people’s emotions and behaviors. This curiosity made studying psychology feel natural to me, like it was exactly what I was meant to do. I also spent time teaching in college, where I helped students grasp complex concepts and apply them to everyday challenges. This experience deepened my understanding of how learning new skills can profoundly impact one’s life.

In our therapy sessions, you’ll find a comfortable place where you can talk about what’s bothering you, and together we’ll figure out how to make things better. I believe in keeping things clear and simple, so you always feel understood and supported. We’ll explore what’s causing your stress or sadness and start taking steps toward a happier, more peaceful life.

We’ll use strategies that combine my teaching skills with my therapy experience to manage your anxiety, enhance your mood, and improve how you connect with others. Whether you’re struggling to get through the day or find yourself stuck in a rut, I’m here to help. We’ll find new ways for you to handle tough situations and emotions, ensuring you have the tools you need to navigate life’s ups and downs.

Teaching at the college level taught me how to break down complex ideas into understandable, manageable pieces. I bring this approach into our sessions, making it easier for you to see the changes you can make and understand the steps to get there.

We all go through hard times, but you don’t have to go through them alone. Therapy is a safe place to learn about yourself and grow. My goal is to help you not just get back on your feet but to feel stronger and more confident than before.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, reach out. Let’s start a conversation and take the first step toward a better life. You can overcome these challenges, and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
