Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LMSW, CAADC

I am a behavioral health therapist licensed in Michigan, and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2017. I also have decades worth of experience as a volunteer and in a mentor capacity in recovery programs.

My experiences allow me to develop a genuine connection built upon acceptance, empathy, dignity, respect, and the ability to compassionately challenge clients to grow. I use a wide range of evidence based approaches to therapy, including but not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and 12-Step based recovery guidance.

I start the therapy process by creating a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere, with a focus on identifying your personal areas of need. We will work together to identify your strengths and skills to build personalized strategies to overcome your difficulties and challenges.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Together, we will address your personal concerns and tailor our dialogue to meet your specific needs. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, anger, depression, addictions, grief and loss, self-esteem, interpersonal relationship issues, attentional problems, personality disorders, and other life challenges.
