Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC)
Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, University of Detroit Mercy
Elona has been walking alongside individuals in the addiction and mental health field since 2006. What began as a professional path quickly became a personal mission: to help people find clarity, reclaim control, and move forward—especially when the road ahead feels uncertain.
Over the years, Elona has worked in a wide range of settings, from outpatient programs and crisis centers to community mental health organizations and physician offices. Along the way, she’s developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face when substance use and legal consequences intersect. She’s particularly passionate about supporting clients through the often overwhelming process of driver’s license reinstatement after drug- or alcohol-related offenses.
Elona specializes in conducting substance use assessments, including those required by the Michigan Secretary of State (SOS 257/258), and she takes great care to ensure that each evaluation is thorough, timely, and aligned with the necessary legal standards. She understands that this is more than just paperwork—it’s often a meaningful step toward rebuilding a life.
For those navigating the reinstatement process, Elona offers guidance every step of the way. Evaluations are typically completed within 7–10 business days once all documentation is received, and she makes the process as accessible as possible by offering telehealth appointments—including for out-of-state residents. Clients will need to provide a 12-panel drug screen from a certified lab, and Elona is happy to offer referral options as needed.
If you’re facing the next step in your recovery or legal journey, Elona is here to help you approach it with clarity and confidence. Reach out by phone, text, or email to get started or ask any questions you may have. You don’t have to do this alone.
