For the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding individuals through life’s ups and downs, helping them achieve their personal and mental health goals. In addition to my therapy practice, I bring three years of experience in teaching and guiding mindfulness meditation classes. This has not only enriched my understanding but has also provided me with unique tools to integrate into our sessions. By combining mindfulness practices with therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, I tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs.
